posture

Posture is the window to the spine.  If your posture is not in balance than your spine is out of balance.  Posture imbalances can be identified as uneven shoulder height, uneven hips, shoulders that roll forward, sway back, flatten feet, these are all indicators that unhealthy pressure and strain is being placed upon your nervous system, which is known as a subluxation.  Normal daily activities such as sleeping, standing, walking abnormality, computer work, smartphone overuse, playing video games, scoliosis and more obviously traumas such as car or recreational injuries, or giving birth can cause these postural imbalances.  In order to have optimal health and posture your spine has to be in the best possible condition.  Dr. Allison Ross helps each individual attain an optimal level of health and improved posture.
